Why group sessions?
You may have never considered group coaching or support groups, however they can prove to be incredibly impactful.
Group sessions involve a small group of people (10-12) who come together to discuss and work through their individual issues with the guidance of a trained coach. Group sessions can be helpful for a variety of reasons:
Being in a group setting provides an opportunity for you to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. This sense of community can provide a sense of comfort and validation, and you can learn from others’ experiences.
Hearing other people’s stories can help you gain insight into your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You can also learn coping strategies from others in the group.
Group therapy provides opportunities for you to practice and improve your communication and interpersonal skills. This can be helpful in all relationships.
Group therapy is typically more affordable than individual therapy, making it accessible to a wider range of people.
The details
Cost of group sessions is $40.
Group sessions take place bi-weekly on a date chosen by the provider.
All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom.

We all could benefit from support; no one is immune to these struggles. That's why we invite you to join our group therapy sessions. We do not take insurance directly, but we offer low-cost and sliding scale options to make therapy more affordable for our clients. Additionally, we can assist you with out-of-network reimbursements if your insurance plan allows for it. Please contact us for more information on our fees and reimbursement options.

All of our sessions are conducted online, through virtual platforms. We understand the convenience and flexibility that virtual sessions offer and we are equipped to provide services through various platforms of your and your provider’s choice. This allows us to meet you where you are comfortable, whether that be through video conferencing or phone call. Please let us know if you have any preference and we'll make sure to accommodate accordingly.
